About Me

My ancestors survived one of the greatest shifts in human history involving poverty, revolution, and immigration and were left in a state of spiritual fragmentation. My life has therefore become a healing and awakening journey to reclaim what they lost.

 

Light is always counterbalanced by darkness, so in order to become whole we need to integrate our shadow. We also need to address the violent legacy of humanity that exists within the collective unconscious. When you wake up, you become a catalyst for the most powerful form of revolution - a revolution in consciousness.

I found healing through indigenous medicine and therapy. I realigned with my divinity through ancestral healing and spirituality, community, bodywork, plant medicine, farming, creativity and movement. I retrieved and rebirthed my soul through grief and dream work. I not only found healing, but experienced a profound spiritual awakening in the process.
