When you wake up, you become a catalyst for the most powerful form of revolution - a revolution in consciousness. 

Liberation happens through individual and collective awakening, healing, and integration. We can reclaim the spiritual sovereignty our ancestors lost in the global diaspora.

This requires practices such as ancestral healing and spirituality, community, grief, dream and shadow work, bodywork, plant medicine, farming, creativity and movement. During my healing journey I discovered that it was actually a process of waking up to myself.
